Cayo District, Belize November 4^th 2009 -The Lodge at Chaa Creek, Belize’s award-winning ecotourism resort in the jungles of Central America is delighted to announce the winners of our Nature Quest Sweepstakes Lottery.

Chaa Creek Nature Quest Sweepstakes offered contestants free eco-holidays inclusive of accommodation, food, tours and activities in Chaa Creek’s 365 acre rainforest reserve in the foothills of the Maya Mountains.

A total of fifty two participants wrote fascinating essays explaining why they wanted to visit The Lodge at Chaa Creek. The essays were posted on the Chaa Creek Travel Blog and the participants were given a link to access a quiz containing questions about Belize’s natural attractions and the Lodge’s nature based activities.

A minimum score of 85% enabled 38 successful candidates to enter the lotto draw. Chaa Creek staff along with a board member officiated while five excited children from St. Andrews Primary School drew the winning lotto tickets.

The lucky winners are:

Robert Dueck – a five night all inclusive Inland Expedition Package for one

BryAnna Vaughan – a 50% discounted five nights all inclusive Inland Expedition Package for two

Larry Axelrod – a 40% discount five nights all inclusive Inland Expedition Package for two

Brett Gordon – a 30% discounted five nights all inclusive Inland Expedition Package for two
