A trip to Belize would be indescribable

13 January 2011 No Comment

Dear Belize Giveaway Saints,

A trip to Belize would be indescribable.  I can count on one hand the number of times I have gone on any type of vacation, let alone a dream getaway!  I have to confess that this trip would not just be for me, but for my wonderful mother who has given me the world and to whom I would love to present such an unforgettable gift to.

From the snorkeling and canoeing to the beautiful animals and resort, I wouldn’t even know where to begin.  My mother has spent the last thirty years devoting all of her time and energy to everyone except herself and to see her happy in such a beautiful place would mean the world to me.  It will not repay her for all the she has done, but it sure would make a tremendous gift.  Everything about this trip seems surreal.  To see the museums and be surrounded by gorgeous water and nature would be a dream come true!  My mother and I have never travelled out of the country.  The last time we visited the beach together was nineteen years ago when I was a child.  For financial reasons, we have rarely been able to travel since.

My mother and I are best friends, two peas in a pod hands down, but we have never been able to really go have fun together.  She has been there for me through thick and thin and to be able to spend this time with one another, finally, would be unbelievable.

If you pick me, I promise you would be giving a gift of a lifetime to two deserving and appreciative people who will remember this for the rest of our lives, and be forever grateful.

Thank you for the opportunity and your kind hearts.
