We actually made and served the recipes above as presented and got rave reviews from the guests. The chicken was incredibly tender and tasty (I mean, really), the rice and beans came out just like a San Ignacio restaurant's, and the coconut bread was such a huge hit I'm putting more on today.

The verdict? Delish!

Keep 'em coming, Chaa Creek
