Friday afternoon was jittering with excitement at our Reservations Office because Lloyd Alvarez, Chaa Creek’s Reservations Administrator was honored with the 2012 “Magnum Belize” Outstanding Service Award.

Magnum Belize is a top US Wholesaler with 60 years of experience in customizing travel packages to Belize and every year they hand out the “Outstanding Service Award” to someone in the Belize Tourism Industry who they feel has gone above and beyond to assist them and their guests.

Kaleh Lehmann, Belize Travel Specialist at Magnum Belize said to Chaa Creek Management “You have a wonderful staff and it is hard to pick just one person, however one stands out for us and we would like to present the 2012 Outstanding Service Award to Lloyd Alvarez.”

The entire office staff congregated around Mr. Alvarez cubicle and words of appreciation were said to recognize his outstanding efforts in his line of work and for going above and beyond his required duties in assisting guests and the wholesaler.

He received a plaque in recognition of his outstanding service and was heartily applauded by his colleagues, the general manager and two representatives from Magnum Belize.
