Belize is once again at the top of another international tourist list, this time topping the list of perfect destinations for diving and snorkeling. ‘The National,’ an English newspaper based in the United Arab Emirates, nominated Belize as the second best snorkeling location in the world.

What do you do if your family has different dreams and forms of relaxation for a summer vacation? Dad likes snorkeling and anything to do with the sea. We would like to introduce you to the Great Blue Hole of Belize. This is a natural sinkhole that is about 1000 feet across and close to 500 feet deep. it is ringed by stalagmites, and there is even a cave that you can reach near the blue hole. It is one of the largest Blue Holes in the world, and some of the stories (like the one inside) from the blue hole in Belize are amazing.

Chaa Creek is located in the Belize rainforest. Along the way to and from our resort, where you can enjoy going on an ecotourism adventure, explore caves by tubing, or even walk on the paths and steps built by Mayans, looking at thousand year old temples from an amazingly advanced culture, but to get here, you will likely travel right by an amazing snorkeling or diving opportunity.
