The Management of The Lodge at Chaa Creek takes this opportunity to congratulate Mr. Andres Ponce for winning 2nd Place in the National Bartender Competition that was held in Belize City on October 25th 2013.
According to Andres, he had to prepare three signature drinks to secure the 2nd place position. The drinks he created were:A tropical Ru a Rita which was layered with Pitaya and Mango, a Kumquat Caipirinha which is named Katryna and a Mmystery drink with slippery banana and ancient barrel.
The competition was sponsored by Travellers Liquor, Smart and Tropi Gas.
Andres has been working at Chaa Creek for the past two years as a senior bartender.
